Welcome to the new Latitude Service Centre

Unlike your old Online Service Centre, this one is mobile-friendly, with more features and enhanced security.

If this is your first time using the Latitude Service Centre, just follow these steps…

    If you have ever used the Latitude Mobile app you can use the same login here to view your accounts.

  • 2

    If you have not registered for a Latitude ID, you will need enter your name, date of birth and verify your email.

  • 3

    Once registered, you can link your account using your card or account number.

  • 4

    We will send a one time code to the mobile registered to your account. That's it!
